Return Policy
We will gladly make all efforts to help you with an exchange if you are not happy with an item(s) or need assistance with sizing or color selection. Please call us during regular business hours at 207.347.4427 or email us at c.service@shopchantal.com for any assistance.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only on items if they have NOT been worn, washed or altered. All original tags must be still be attached. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase items and must be returned in appropriate packaging using a trackable ship method or insured ship method. Your credit card refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt and inspection of items. Refund will not be given on items returned in poor condition due to inappropriate packaging and shipping. Items returned after 14 days will NOT be accepted. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE or REFUNDABLE. SWIMWEAR IS A FINAL SALE ITEM. Returns and exchanges should be sent to:

SUMMER SALE PREVIEW RETURN POLICY
Please return items purchased during our "SUMMER SALE PREVIEW" within 5 days of receipt. SUMMER SALE PREVIEW items returned after this 5 day period will be returned to sender. No refund or store credit will be given to items sent after the alloted "5 days from receipt" time period.

Item Availability
We make great efforts to try and have sufficient stock in our designers, however, sometimes items sell out. If you order and item that is unfortunately no longer in stock, we will notify you by email. All changes will be reflected on your order and shipping, when applicable.

Domestic Shipping
shopchantal.com uses UPS shipping for all domestic deliveries. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
